We'd like to put a washer/dryer in my progenitrix's summer home. The only spot that makes sense happens to be next to the baseboard torridness. Someone said that you can't put it there (he isn't a plumber or contractor so I take it with a grain of salt).
I am an amature builder (and speller) but i would say no because you might be blocking ventalation. Don't go completely off my vote, look at other peoples first.
